(1) preparation work before installation of TMF-G high temperature magnetic pump:

• 1. Check the pump and motor to make sure there is no damage in the process of transportation and loading and unloading.
• 2. Prepare the work and lifting appliances, and check the basis of the machinery according to the drawing.

(2) installation sequence:

• 1. When the whole set of pumps are delivered to the site, the motors have been installed. When leveling the base, there is no need to write down the pumps and motors.
• 2. Put the base on the foundation and prepare it for filling concrete after leveling.
• 3. Use the level meter to check the level of the base by using the outlet plane of the pump. After leveling, install the anchor bolt and pour the anchor bolt with concrete.
• 4. Put the food on the coupling (upper, lower, front and rear measurements) and check whether the pump coincides with the motor and the axis line.
• 5. After the concrete of the fixed anchor bolt is completely dried, tighten the nut of the anchor bolt, and then check the level of the whole unit. When there is an unevenness, you can use a wedge to level it.
• 6, safe suction and outlet pipeline, when the pipeline is combined with the pump, care should be taken not to increase the weight and pressure of the pipeline to the pump, so as to avoid deformation of the pump.
• 7. Clean up the environment and keep it clean.

(3) equipment sequence:

• 1. Heat the rolling bearing in hot oil to 80 degrees, take it out and install it at the shaft of the shaft.
• 2. Press the shaft with bearings into the suspension.
• 3. Put a paper pad on the end cover of the two bearings and tighten it on the suspension with bolts. Pay attention to using the paper pad to adjust the gap between the bearing and the bearing end cover.
