TMF- series fluorine-lined magnetic pump impeller is made of F46 and NdFeB. NdFeB magnet has strong magnetocrystalline anisotropy and high saturation magnetization.

Pump impeller: it is a key component for transporting liquid. The centrifugal impeller is integrated with the rotor of the motor. The leaves on the centrifugal impeller have a key function, and the centrifugal impeller should be based on the balance test before the assembly line. The inner and outer surfaces of the centrifugal impeller are bright and clean to reduce the friction damage of the running water. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel to rotate, the electromagnetic field drives the rotor of the internal magnetic motor connected with the centrifugal pump impeller to rotate synchronously through the strengthening sleeve.

Sealing ring: the sealing ring of the magnetic pump is made of fluorine rubber and the copolymer of vinyl fluoride and hexafluoropropene, mainly to prevent the exposure of lubricating oil and the invasion of foreign objects. Fluorine rubber sealing ring is resistant to high temperature, not afraid of acid and alkali, and oil resistance is the best in oil-resistant rubber.
